Online Registration Details

IPHONE 16 USERS: If you have issues (which have been reported for Google Forms in general). Try:

1 using a different browser

2 clearing cookies and data

3 Restart your iPhone

4 Check your internet connection

5 Ensure Google is set as your default search engine in Safari

This is a 2-STEP REGISTRATION PROCESS:

1. Submit the e-registration form.

2. Submit payment via Venmo or check.

Registration form displayed:
- to the right (if you are on a desktop) or
- below (if you are on mobile)
includes 4 SECTIONS.

• BE SURE TO CLICK:

  • "Next" through ALL 4 SECTIONS, until the whole form has been completed. 

  • CLICK 'Submit' as LAST STEP in form submission.

PAYMENT METHODS

• Check or 

• Venmo (Scroll down for Venmo QR Code).

Your registration is not complete until payment is received.  

Upon receipt of your payment, a confirmation email or letter will be sent to you from the LOTH committee. 

Registration and payment MUST be received by JUNE 7, 2026.

CHECK PAYMENTS

For Check payments please:

• make your check out to "Language of the Heart"

• mail to 386 James Bowie Court, Alamo, CA 94507.

If you are mailing a check for multiple registrations please include the NAMES of all registrants your payment covers when you mail the check.

VENMO PAYMENTS

For Venmo payments, send payment to:

• or use the QR code below.

When submitting Venmo, please include:

• "LOTH registration", 

• your NAME, 

• and PHONE NUMBER that you registered with in the description.

If you are submitting a Venmo payment for multiple registrations please include the NAMES of all registrants your payment covers within the description.
